 Digital Dictation allows you to dictate anywhere; office, car, train etc.
Once back in the office your recording is stored in the system and distributed for typing. The resulting typed document appears back in your DD inbox and you are notified.
Technology is converging you are now able to dictate into your PDA (Blackberry or Windows device) and e-mail it to the office.
This facility integrates very well with your Business Continuity service. Your fee earners can now work from anywhere and continue to dictate and e-mail the digital recordings. Their documents will be produced by either your staff or that of your business continuity provider or off-site bureaux.
